POP is a fintech payments and rewards company offering UPI payments and rewards redeemable across partner brands. The Graphic Design Manager leads the design team and delivers visual identity, campaign, product, and marketing creative work.

• Lead design direction across brand, growth, marketing, and product
• Manage and mentor graphic designers and interns
• Oversee campaigns, in-app assets, social media, and CRM creative
• Translate business objectives into visual concepts and campaign ideas
• Review designs and maintain quality and brand consistency
• Prioritise projects and build reusable design systems and templates
