About the role
POP is a fintech company offering UPI payments and rewards across payments, cards, and shopping. The FP&A Manager will plan and forecast financial performance, analyze business metrics, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Forecast revenue, transaction volume, and profitability
- Monitor business KPIs and report performance against budgets
- Evaluate products, partnerships, and growth initiatives
- Build scenario analyses, business cases, and profitability frameworks
- Support pricing and rewards strategies
