Senior Product Support Engineer

SISA provides information security products deployed across enterprise customer environments. This engineer will troubleshoot escalated production issues and build fixes, tooling, integrations, and automation to prevent recurring problems.

• Diagnose and resolve complex customer production issues across system layers
• Build product fixes, diagnostic tools, integrations, and automation
• Support installation and configuration across Windows, Linux, and Solaris
• Integrate product telemetry and event data with customer SIEM platforms
• Maintain troubleshooting guides and runbooks
• Mentor junior support engineers and review complex tickets
