About the role
SISA Information Security develops managed extended detection and response products. The Director will own MXDR product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes while coordinating with engineering, security operations, executives, and customers.
What you'll do
- Own the MXDR product roadmap and prioritize releases
- Translate customer, market, and compliance signals into product strategy
- Create delivery plans with engineering and track progress and risks
- Present roadmap decisions and trade-offs to executives and customers
- Guide AI, ML, and RAG initiatives for security products
- Track adoption, customer feedback, and post-release product outcomes
