About the role
WPP Enterprise Solutions designs and operates business growth systems spanning engineering, commerce, consulting, content, CRM, and customer experience. The Senior Resource Manager will lead demand and capacity planning, improve operating processes, and deliver management dashboards and reporting.
What you'll do
- Own demand and supply planning from intake through fulfillment and closure
- Forecast demand and capacity and identify gaps, surpluses, and risks
- Drive prioritization and resource allocation across competing needs
- Establish workflows, governance, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms
- Build dashboards and management reports on capacity and operational performance
- Automate recurring reporting and improve data quality
