About the role
OutSystems provides an enterprise development platform for building and governing business software and AI applications. This SRE will improve production reliability through infrastructure design, automation, observability, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Onboard services and teams to reliability practices
- Establish and maintain service level objectives and agreements
- Design scalable, secure cloud-native infrastructure
- Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing
- Lead incident response and conduct root cause reviews
- Automate operational tasks and support on-call production systems
