About the role
The Digital Engineering team develops and maintains business-critical applications on IBM i systems. This developer will build and support AS400 applications, optimize DB2 databases, and contribute to modernization and integration work.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain applications on the IBM i platform
- Develop DB2 database objects and SQL solutions
- Debug production issues and tune application performance
- Review code and support testing and system integration
- Modernize legacy applications with web enablement and API integration
- Document technical solutions and follow SDLC processes
