Senior Staff Backend Engineer (IAM)

Coupang is building an AI cloud platform as part of its work in e-commerce and digital services. You will lead a backend team building identity, authentication, and authorization services for the platform.

• Lead and grow a backend engineering team focused on identity and access management
• Build authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle capabilities
• Design systems for user and machine identity management
• Implement OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and secure service-to-service authentication
• Develop authorization frameworks using RBAC, ABAC, and policy engines
• Ensure identity systems remain reliable, scalable, and secure
