Arctic Wolf develops the Aurora Endpoint Security cloud platform to protect organizations from cyber risk. The Senior Staff Developer will modernize and scale cloud-native systems, guide architecture, and improve their security, reliability, and operations.

• Architect and deliver scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native applications
• Lead modernization of monolithic systems into containerized service-oriented architectures
• Establish engineering standards, reference architectures, and best practices
• Drive reliability through observability, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring
• Define secure-by-design architectures and implement security controls
• Lead production incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and resiliency improvements
