About the role
Maersk operates warehouse and logistics services. The Senior Operations Supervisor will lead warehouse teams and manage operations, inventory, customer service, safety, and performance targets.
What you'll do
- Manage inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and value-added warehouse operations
- Lead supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates
- Monitor operational KPIs, customer SLAs, productivity, and costs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with operating procedures
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and prepare operational reports
