About the role
Nasdaq Trade Surveillance Operations provides a web-based SaaS application for broker trade compliance and market surveillance. You will support and monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage deployments, and automate operational processes.
What you'll do
- Administer Linux systems and troubleshoot platform issues
- Provide L2/L3 support and perform root cause analysis
- Monitor production services, server resources, logs, and scheduled jobs
- Resolve incidents and service requests under SLAs and ITIL processes
- Deploy applications using configuration and version-control tools
- Develop process automation using Bash and Python
