About the role
PTC develops software that connects the physical and digital worlds to help companies improve operations and products. The Senior Technical Writer will create and maintain enterprise software documentation and improve its quality and workflows using structured authoring and AI-assisted tools.
What you'll do
- Create, review, and maintain product documentation and release notes

- Partner with product, engineering, UX, and customer success teams
