About the role
Airbus develops aerospace products and is advancing digital services for engineering and product lifecycle management. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee IT service performance, SLAs, operational improvements, suppliers and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Monitor service issues and coordinate resolution against KPIs
- Define and manage SLAs, OLAs and service performance reporting
- Drive corrective actions and service improvement plans
- Coordinate operational and remote teams during escalations
- Manage supplier activities and maintenance cost allocation
- Prepare service reports and maintain knowledge articles
