About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital healthcare solutions. The Site Lean Leader will lead site-wide improvement initiatives, coach teams, and improve manufacturing processes and performance.
What you'll do
- Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement across the site
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean tools and structured problem-solving
- Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Standard Work
- Improve production layouts, material flow, and information flow
- Strengthen Daily Management Systems and visual performance management
- Measure operational improvements and support manufacturing readiness initiatives
