About the role
Valtech partners with global brands to create digital experiences and drive transformation. The Site Reliability Engineer will improve platform reliability through observability, incident response, SLOs and automation.
What you'll do
- Maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems
- Define and maintain service level objectives
- Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotations
- Improve platform reliability and implement failure mitigations
- Create runbooks for incident response and prevention
- Automate tasks and optimize reliability processes
