Tecsys provides cloud-based software for healthcare and distribution supply chains. The Site Reliability Engineer responds to incidents, improves platform reliability, and automates operations across SaaS environments.
What you'll do
- Respond to and resolve incidents during day hours
- Investigate recurring incidents and implement root-cause fixes
- Handle operational requests and monitoring changes
- Run backup and infrastructure reliability checks
- Build automation and tooling on AWS and Azure
