About the role
Loram operates in railroad equipment manufacturing. The Senior Manager will lead India quality and safety work while personally executing quality engineering, supplier investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
What you'll do
- Set and execute India quality strategy aligned with global objectives
- Lead supplier audits, qualifications, corrective actions, and development
- Investigate complex internal and supplier quality issues through verified closure
- Monitor quality performance and report risks and actions to leadership
- Coordinate local EHS compliance, programs, and performance reporting
- Develop the Quality team and review technical work
