What you'll do
- Lead design, development, verification, maintenance, and release of regulated software
- Manage, coach, and develop software engineers and engineering leaders
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices
- Ensure compliance with medical device software regulations and standards
- Partner with product, systems, quality, regulatory, and program teams
- Oversee software lifecycle documentation, audits, and post-market improvements
