About the role
GalaxEye develops satellite technology for Earth observation and geospatial intelligence. You will lead mechanical and thermal design, analysis, verification, and team guidance for a spaceborne SAR antenna.
What you'll do
- Lead structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis and design for the SAR antenna
- Set analysis standards, load cases, and margin philosophy
- Make architecture and design decisions on construction, materials, and interfaces
- Own verification strategy, testing, and analysis correlation
- Mentor engineers and allocate technical work across the team
- Represent structures in multidisciplinary reviews and customer interfaces
