Sr Software Engineer-SIP, Golang, C++

Motorola Solutions builds connected technologies for public safety and safer communities. You will develop a high-throughput distributed service for routing and balancing traffic across active-active deployments.

• Develop a load distribution engine using finite state machines and weighted scoring
• Build API and messaging layers with gRPC and RabbitMQ
• Implement leader election and consensus across active-active deployments
• Integrate caching and recovery capabilities using Apache Ignite or GridGain
• Support scalability for more than 3,000 assignments per second
