About the role
GalaxEye develops satellite technology for Earth observation and geospatial intelligence. You will mature SAR antenna panel designs and prepare their hardware for manufacture, integration, and qualification.
What you'll do
- Mature SAR antenna panel mechanical designs, interfaces, and mounting provisions
- Create engineering drawings and mechanical design documentation
- Develop panels for manufacturability and integration
- Coordinate with manufacturing on bonding, machining, and assembly processes
- Define tooling, fixtures, assembly sequences, and inspection strategies
- Support tolerance analysis and apply findings to design changes
