About the role

- Supervise inbound, outbound, and value-added warehouse operations
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Allocate manpower and manage warehouse associates
- Monitor productivity, service levels, and customer KPIs
- Ensure safety compliance and support audits
- Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
