Sabre provides cloud-native technology for airlines, hotels, agencies and other travel partners. You will improve reliability and support operations for its reservations services through monitoring, incident response, automation and infrastructure work.

What you'll do

Provide on-call support and troubleshoot alerts and system issues
Lead investigations of severe incidents affecting customers
Review, validate and monitor changes for stability and risk
Build monitoring and alerting solutions for services in GCP
Improve reliability through postmortems, service indicators and automation
Support infrastructure deployments, CI/CD pipelines and production readiness
