About the role
Theatro provides a voice-activated mobile communication platform for frontline workers in retail, hospitality and manufacturing. You will architect and develop cloud media server and call controller systems, improving their scalability, reliability and performance.
What you'll do
- Own architecture and development of cloud media server and call controller software
- Design signaling infrastructure, TURN routing strategies and media routing topologies
- Define performance and latency optimization strategies
- Debug production call failures, quality degradation and scaling bottlenecks
- Establish reliability, observability and performance benchmarking standards
- Mentor engineers and guide design reviews and architectural decisions
