Airbus Customer Services develops and maintains aircraft maintenance documentation for airlines, maintenance providers and lessors. This specialist will author and maintain technical data, assess design changes, support customers and improve documentation processes.

• Author technical data for aircraft maintenance manuals to specifications and quality standards
• Assess design changes and identify impacts on published technical documentation
• Answer complex customer queries and deliver timely technical data corrections
• Monitor subcontracted technical data activities and critical supplier performance
• Verify maintenance and material procedures and maintain regulatory compliance
