About the role
athenahealth provides healthcare IT solutions and services to help providers focus on patient care. You will research and design clear experiences for clinical information, referrals and cross-organization healthcare workflows, using evidence and AI-assisted practices.
What you'll do
- Plan and conduct research with healthcare professionals and domain experts
- Combine qualitative insights with product and behavioral data
- Translate research into workflows, experience principles and product concepts
- Design flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces
- Evaluate AI-generated work for evidence, accuracy, bias and usability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design and clinical experts
