Maersk provides contract logistics and warehouse solutions for customer supply chains. The Solution Design Engineer will develop warehouse operating models, facility layouts, resource plans, costing, and automation solutions for customer pursuits.

• Lead warehouse solution design for complex customer pursuits
• Capture customer requirements and operational assumptions
• Design warehouse operating models, process flows, and facility layouts
• Calculate warehouse sizing from throughput and inventory requirements
• Develop resource models, productivity assumptions, and activity-based costing
• Evaluate automation opportunities and build business cases
