About the role
PwC India provides global tax compliance services to clients across jurisdictions and industries. This associate will review tax information, prepare compliance workpapers and filings, and support process improvements for private equity clients.
What you'll do
- Calculate state and foreign tax withholdings
- Review tax forms and partner K-1 schedules
- Prepare tax workpapers for partnership taxable income
- Track partnership and partner tax basis
- Prepare quarterly income estimates and ASC 740 workpapers
- Document processes and identify improvement opportunities
