About the role
GE Aerospace develops and supports aircraft engines, including the GEnx engine and its maintenance network. This engineer will provide technical support for GEnx components, improve MRO shop performance, and coordinate service readiness and cost initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own in-service reliability and communicate field issues to MRO shops
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver technical recommendations
- Improve Engine Shop Manual content and track shop performance indicators
- Lead quality reviews and root-cause corrective actions
- Support MRO technology deployments, service readiness, and tooling strategy
- Analyze shop visit costs and maintain fleet cost models
