About the role

What you'll do
- Guide part designs for manufacturability through design evolution
- Lead supplier industrialization and review manufacturing and validation plans
- Support supplier selection, sourcing strategies, and source transitions
- Resolve quality barriers with cross-functional teams using structured problem solving
- Improve supplier process robustness, yield, cycle time, and defect rates
- Ensure safety, quality, and special process compliance
