About the role
PwC India’s Deals practice provides financial due diligence for transaction-focused client work. You will analyze financial information, build deal models, prepare client deliverables, and guide junior team members.
What you'll do
- Analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow trends
- Review quality of earnings, working capital, and financial statement adjustments
- Build financial models and valuation support materials
- Interpret business performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends
- Prepare client-ready findings on risks and deal implications
- Coordinate diligence requests, document reviews, and data validation
