About the role
Labcorp provides laboratory services and diagnostic insights to healthcare providers, patients, researchers, and pharmaceutical companies. The AEM Frontend Developer will build accessible, responsive AEM components and improve website performance across digital experiences.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain responsive web experiences using AEM and frontend technologies
- Implement reusable AEM components, client libraries, dialogs, and authoring patterns
- Translate design specifications into documented components aligned with brand standards
- Build and validate accessible interfaces against WCAG standards
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page assets, rendering, and JavaScript execution
- Support sprint delivery, production validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
