About the role
Labcorp provides laboratory services and clinical data solutions supporting healthcare, research and pharmaceutical organizations. The Clinical Data Analyst resolves clinical data discrepancies, updates databases, and supports clients and internal teams with accurate, timely issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Analyze and resolve client-reported data discrepancies
- Update databases and perform data revisions according to established processes
- Respond to client inquiries and recommend feasible alternatives
- Review data updates and client communications for accuracy
- Generate and troubleshoot database reports
- Monitor shared mailboxes and support client leads
