About the role
State Street provides investment servicing, securities lending, research and trading to institutional clients. This manager will lead securities lending collateral and settlements operations, manage a team, and improve controls and process performance.
What you'll do
- Process international securities loans, recalls, returns and settlements
- Manage team performance against service levels, KPIs and risk indicators
- Resolve counterparty discrepancies and aged or failing returns
- Monitor workflow queues and ensure timely, accurate operational delivery
- Identify operational risks and drive process and control improvements
- Coach team members and support business and regulatory initiatives
