Financial Reporting - Assistant Manager

State Street Global Services provides investment servicing, fund administration and operational solutions to institutional investors. You will prepare and review fund financial statements and coordinate team workflows, controls and client reporting deliverables.

• Prepare and review client financial statements and regulatory forms
• Clear comments and support distribution of drafts to clients and auditors
• Train staff and provide performance feedback to managers
• Assign work, coordinate workflows and monitor deadlines and accuracy
• Ensure staff follow operating procedures, key controls and client checklists
• Coordinate reporting activities and documentation with offshore partners
