About the role

Signify develops connected lighting products and data-enabled services for homes, buildings, and cities. You will maintain SAP and Snowflake data platforms, resolve service issues, and improve platform lifecycle health and support processes.

What you'll do

Execute L2/L3 incident, problem, change, and service-request activities
Restore application service while meeting agreed service levels
Maintain platform stability through upgrades, patches, certificates, and monitoring
Improve runbooks, knowledge, automation, and standardization
Support transition of new or changed solutions into operations
