About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across life sciences and other industries. This role governs software releases, incidents, problems, performance issues, and delivery reporting across engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate release scope, dependencies, testing status, and known issues
- Govern L3 incident lifecycles and improve SLA compliance
- Track problem records, fixes, and resolution effectiveness
- Drive follow-up and escalation for performance issues
- Design Power BI dashboards and integrate governance data across tools
- Identify systemic trends and drive continuous improvement
