About the role
nVent designs and manufactures electrical connection and protection solutions. The Assistant Manager, Warehouse will lead warehouse operations, inventory control, production planning, and personnel in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Lead receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, and dispatch
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and Kanban management
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, statutory, ERP, and security requirements
- Plan and supervise warehouse personnel and develop their capabilities
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and report performance and delivery deviations
- Coordinate production plans and customer order delivery commitments
