About the role
PlaySimple is a gaming company building its brand and culture across India and global markets. The Communications Director will lead internal communications, public relations, and brand storytelling to strengthen company culture and reputation.
What you'll do
- Develop company-wide internal communications strategy
- Shape narratives for CEO messages, town halls, newsletters, and campaigns
- Build and execute PR and brand strategy across Indian and international markets
- Manage media relations, press announcements, and thought-leadership opportunities
- Partner with external agencies to increase visibility in industry media
- Coach leaders on communication tone and storytelling
