Manager, Internal Communications

Riveron advises clients on complex finance challenges. The Internal Communications Manager will develop employee communications, manage internal channels and surveys, and support firmwide events and organizational announcements.

• Develop and execute internal communications strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage intranet content, administration, and site governance
• Gather and summarize employee feedback and coordinate pulse surveys
• Create leadership announcements, event materials, and culture-building content
• Manage the communications calendar and sequence messaging
• Support M&A communications and Managing Director onboarding
