About the role
Riveron provides client services to solve finance challenges, including technology implementations. This person will configure HighRadius Receivables Cloud and support implementation, testing, documentation, and client training.
What you'll do
- Support HighRadius implementation across design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live
- Gather requirements and map client business processes
- Configure functional components to meet client requirements
- Test configurations and assist with issue resolution
- Prepare training materials and support client onboarding
- Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and status reports
