About the role
Riveron provides finance and accounting advisory services to companies navigating complex transactions and reporting requirements. This associate will support IPOs, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting, and complex accounting and financial reporting work.
What you'll do
- Support IPO and accounting advisory engagements
- Prepare workpapers, accounting analyses, and client deliverables
- Support preparation and review of SEC filings
- Research complex accounting issues and transaction matters
- Help improve public company reporting processes and controls
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables
