About the role
Morgan Stanley provides financial services and corporate workplace services to support its businesses. This associate will support ground transport operations, vendor performance, service issues, reporting and governance across Bengaluru and Mumbai.
What you'll do
- Support daily ground transport operations across Bengaluru and Mumbai
- Supervise chauffeur and fleet vendor operations
- Maintain operational reports, trackers, dashboards and performance metrics
- Track service issues, escalations, vendor actions and closures
- Maintain SOPs, audit evidence and governance records
- Prepare meeting materials, management reports and employee transport communications
