About the role
Morgan Stanley provides financial services and manages compensation technology and operations within its Human Capital Management division. This director will support compensation processes, analyze and audit data, and coordinate system requirements, testing, and user support.
What you'll do
- Report and analyze confidential compensation data
- Review compensation data and resolve or escalate anomalies
- Support users of the compensation management system
- Gather requirements and contribute to testing system changes
- Coordinate quarterly, mid-year, and year-end compensation rounds
- Maintain runbooks, trackers, templates, and training materials
