About the role
Blitz provides quick-commerce capabilities that help brands offer 60-minute delivery. You will shape network expansion, unit economics, operating models and execution across its dark-store and delivery operations.
What you'll do
- Decide city and micro-market expansion using demand and economics data
- Build dark-store site selection, catchment and network models
- Own order, store and city unit economics and breakeven plans
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and pilot process changes
- Set productivity benchmarks for stores, cities and delivery fleets
- Build operating metrics frameworks and review dashboards
