About the role
Snitch is a retail company expanding its store network. This role maintains expansion data and trackers, coordinates project updates and approvals, and supports documentation and reporting for store launches.
What you'll do
- Maintain site acquisition, lease, and store opening trackers
- Prepare recurring MIS reports and dashboards
- Coordinate project progress and approvals across internal departments
- Organize site proposals, lease agreements, and approval documents
- Track project timelines and follow up on pending actions
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and support management reporting
