About the role
Snitch operates retail stores and undertakes store setup, renovation and maintenance projects. The South Regional Project Manager will coordinate store projects, vendors, costs, approvals and construction design reviews.
What you'll do
- Plan and supervise new store setup projects across locations
- Coordinate vendors, contractors and internal teams on fit-out work
- Obtain quotations, negotiate rates and prepare purchase orders
- Track project costs, capex, progress and maintenance issues
- Review construction drawings and coordinate mall design approvals
