About the role
Egis provides architecture, engineering, consulting, construction and mobility services, including coastal and waterfront project work. The BIM Modeler will create, coordinate and maintain models and produce construction data and drawings for project teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for coastal construction projects
- Coordinate models with design and engineering teams
- Extract model data to support construction planning and scheduling
- Identify and resolve modeling conflicts and inconsistencies
- Prepare technical drawings and schedules from BIM models
- Review model quality and maintain accurate project files
