About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies provides engineering, IT and business solutions, and this customer project supports battery energy storage systems. The engineer will validate BMS functionality, analyze performance, and help commission and troubleshoot BESS deployments.

What you'll do

Develop and execute BMS validation tests across cell, module, pack, and system levels
Analyze test and field data for battery and protection performance
Maintain test plans, procedures, reports, and requirements traceability
Automate end-of-line testing using emulators
Investigate BMS and system integration issues and drive corrective actions
Support BESS commissioning, site acceptance testing, and field troubleshooting
