About the role
ResMed’s Global Technology Solutions builds platforms and services supporting patients, providers, and teams across the company. This analyst will translate marketing needs into requirements and support data analysis, platform delivery, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Capture and document business and technology requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support delivery and optimisation of marketing technology platforms
- Analyse marketing, customer, and product data for improvements
- Coordinate reporting, integrations, data quality, and governance with technical teams
- Support project planning, UAT, change management, and platform adoption
